The cooling unit is adapted to the design of the coffee machine and must be installed on the left side and can be fixed at the coffee machine.
The 5-litre milk container with a carrying handle is connected via a quick coupling system.
The milk system of the coffee machine ensures the foaming and heating up of the milk and also the optimum dosage of the quantity of milk.
The infinitely adjustable temperature control and temperature measurement directly in the medium ensures optimal milk temperature of + 3 ° C to + 8 ° C, which is displayed in the cooling unit and the touchscreen of the coffee machine.
Level monitoring of the milk by the milk pipe sensor of the coffee machine.
By the lack of milk, the products are locked.
A message is displayed on the touchscreen of the coffee machine.
The door with a replaceable profile gasket is lockable with a cylinder lock.
Separate main switch and the temperature control located behind the device door.
The integrated, automatic rinsing and cleaning system EC EasyClean of the coffee machine makes maintaining the device easier.
The special HACCP certified system cleaning agent (DDAC- and BAC- free) is providing an optimum of hygiene as well as a consistent product quality.
For visual operator guidance, all manual cleaning steps are displayed on the touchscreen of the coffee machine.
The milk container is simply replaced by the supplied cleaning tank and is connected via a quick coupling system.
The amount of required water is automatically dosed into the cleaning container with the start of the cleaning program of the connected coffee machine.
For the rinsing of the milk system and the coffee, the outlet is the starting time programmable immediately after each product or for example 3 minutes after the last one.
The milk system will be also rinsed inside the cooling unit.
