With coffee consumers becoming increasingly concerned about the origin of their coffee, we’re proud at Coffee Masters to offer a blend that's fair trade, organic and rainforest alliance certified.

This medium roast blend from Honduras, Ethiopia and Sumatra is deserving of its 2018 Great Taste Award. Sweet caramels and chocolate tones with light citrus acidity.

We think this coffee tastes great as an espresso base to a flat white or cappuccino, but it also works well as a black filter coffee.

Honduras: The Honduran coffees used in this blend are sourced from the La Paz and Lempira areas in Western Honduras. Grown at altitudes of up to 1600 metres above sea level, the Central American coffee in the blend give toffee sweetness and good levels of acidity to the blend, due to their high growing conditions.

Ethiopia: The Ethiopian coffee in this blend is sourced from Sidamo in Southern Ethiopia. Growing altitudes of between 1200 and 1800 metres above sea level create refined acidity

Peru: This unique Peruvian coffee is grown in the lush provinces of Jaen and San Ignacio in Northern Peru.

Sumatra: The unique Sumatran coffee in this blend brings the distinctive spiced fruit flavour, thanks to the Giling Basah processing method.
