Description

A light roast with hints of passionfruit, honeysuckle and black tea.

Mimba Estate was established in 1995 by Joseph Meila.

Care is taken to preserve topsoil, with mainly organic compost-based fertilizer and mulch applied to reduce weed growth and promote water retention. Selective hand-picking of ripe cherry is emphasized at harvest time; the stringent sorting and meticulous processing that follows helps produce the highest quality possible.
